Remember when I told you that sometimes the pounds do not come off from running? You are likely gaining muscle and you are leaning up. Your cardio and endurance are kicking butt. Look how far you've grown in such a short amount of time! You are amazing to run that much. It's hard work! Keep it up! Kudos to you! I know that this isn't the correct comment to the correct post but you know what I'm talking about.
