Healthy, wealthy, and wise.

I did not share my weigh in on Monday.

Nothing had changed.

I have not been doing so well.

I am about to change all of that.

Early to bed, early to rise...

...this is my goal.

Tomorrow I am starting a new routine.

I did okay for about two weeks before SO much was slung at me that I all but failed completely...

my new plan for ME?

making time for ME...

5 at 5

6 at 6

Waking up at

5 a.m.

6 a.m.

every day.

(Except Sunday and the day after 'etsy' night.)

Accomplishing these five goals every morning:

  • 1- Put in a load of laundry...the bane, bane, bane of my existence.

  • 2- Workout for at least 45 minutes

  • 3- Shower before my kids even THINK about waking up. This includes putting on REAL clothes...because I think part of my problem is that I sometimes, okay a lot of times stay in my jammies/workout clothes ALL day.

  • 4- Choose and edit 5 images for my website until I have my galleries full. (Galleries are 20 images each.)

  • 5- 15 minutes of editing/organizing my personal photographs on my computer.

  • 6- Load the Dishwasher

I know that if I can start the day out right, everything in my life will go better.

See you at

5

6.

Be gentle to yourself...why not 6 at 6?

Or in my case, I am better with 10 at 10. Mornings are not my forte.

Hang in there. ;)

Ok I know you are having a hard time and being down on yourself but REALLY those pictures Jon took of you are gorgeous! You look fantastic! I know it's good to always want to be a little better but remember just what a beautiful woman you are and how much you have accomplished in life. You can do anything!

great plan. Sound ambitious! Do you have time in there for scriptures?

Becky...scriptures are always before bed...it is the only way I can unwind...but they are there! xo

If I did this whole plan, it would have to be 10 at 10. You're my hero!

We build routines like this too. If we stick to them, life feels so much less chaotic. The clothes get clean, we eat better meals, the work gets done. The problem is just sticking to it and getting out of bed is the hardest part. But I know you can do it!

Woops that last one was me under the wrong account.

Kim, I think you are wonderful. Just thought I would let ya know. I have been a horrid blog checker over the past 6 months so I have been way out of touch.

I am a firm believer that you CAN to ANYTHING you put your mind to do, especially with the Lord's help. So you can totally accomplish your goal!

I am thinking of you! And think you are beautiful!

Kim - I am a blog lurker just wanting to tell you that you are awesome. You inspire so many people. All the sudden I'm tempted to set my alarm a little earlier and get some of my laundry done too. Good luck with your goals, I know you can do it! You're amazing!
